What is porting?
Porting allows you to keep your existing non-geographic phone numbers, removing the cost and inconvenience of
re-advertising a new number, changing literature, business cards etc.

Better rates - e.g. cost comparison of your rates against BT
- 0800 - BT - You pay £10 rental/month + 4.98ppm
- 0845 - BT - You pay £10 rental/month + 3.2ppm
- 0870 - BT - You pay £10 rental/month and receive 1.5ppm after your first £100 of call billing
Porting process
To begin the porting process, you must submit the following documents to the CWNETWORKS:
- Letter of validation on customer's headed notepaper.
- Latest Bill from Losing operator to billed customer showing customers accout number.
- Target numbers and/or Intelligent Network product/s to be attached to ported number/s.
Timescales
CWNETWORKS will usually carry out a porting order 7 days from receipt of all completed paper work.
